Not a good selection of records, if that's what you're looking for. North Seneca Vinyl is much better for that. But if you're in the market to get your windows fixed up, SSV will do it right!

Highly recommend South Seneca Vinyl. The windows are excellent. They cut out traffic noise and make the rooms more comfortable; holding heat or cool better. They look great inside and outside! You can see through the screens so well, we don't need to take them off. We overlook Cayuga Lake so the view is important. Best are the people who replaced our 12 upstairs windows plus another 1 that needed serious rehab in addition to the new window. The men were courteous, professional, did perfect work; not a flaw. Working with Jerry initially was welcome - he was very helpful and responded to emails/calls quickly. We had doubts about replacing our wood windows/aluminum storms with vinyl but are so glad we did. And the price was very reasonable.

Excellent service and product - the crew came in and my house (every window) was completed in a day exactly as described. I highly recommend!

The wait was well worth it! This company is in demand and I now know why. We had most of the windows in our house replaced and they did a terrific job. The windows are great and the installation was super fast. The guys doing the work were so nice and helpful. If I could give more stars I would.

I recently had 3 windows replaced in our home. I have a few more I plan to do next year. The replacement windows are really nice quality and they fit the existing hole in our wall very well. I was very anxious about the installation. I should not have been. The men showed up on time and worked together really nicely to do high quality work. They treated my home and my belongings with respect. It was refreshing and I immediately felt at ease. I was treated as well as if I had ordered a whole house of windows. I’m excited to do the rest of my windows now!

Purchased 5 replacement windows recently and I'm totally satisfied. Windows were custom made, high quality, reasonably priced and expertly installed. The crew was timely, polite and hard-working, finished the entire install in half a day. I advised Jerry that I'd be contacting him for additional windows next year. Excellent company and great team!

Excellent quality of workmanship and the customer service is the best around!! After 14 years, a couple of our windows got foggy due to the argon gas leaking out & they replaced the windows for free with zero questions asked. Highly recommend this company for windows. They truly care about their customers and always respond to any concern you might have

I went to Seneca vinyl for a screen repair on a screen that had to be 10 or 15yrs old. The guys behind the counter recognized that it was one of theirs and fixed it for free . I was amazed! The best people I've ever dealt with. 💯
